Sirona MCX5

The inLab MC X5 was designed as a universal five-axis production unit to meet dental laboratory requirements for cost efficient production. Dentsply Sirona offers your laboratory more independence in terms of material and indications as well as the processing of external CAD data.

Discs & blocks

The inLab MC X5 processes standard discs (98.5 mm up to 30 mm thick*) and blocks in a single machine. Changing from discs to blocks takes just a few seconds. The special multi-block holder can accommodate up to six blocks of various materials, offering maximum productivity even with multiple single tooth restorations.

Grinding & milling / Wet or dry

The inLab MC X5 can be used for dry or wet production depending on the material and indication. Thirty years of experience in the wet processing of glass ceramics make this the ultimate professional machine for the wet grinding of fully contoured restorations from final-strength monolithic materials. Alternating between wet and dry production, e.g., from glass ceramics to zirconia is fast and uncomplicated.

Metal processing

A clean and safe alternative to conventional casting is milling NPM sintering metal blanks with the inLab MC X5 based on digital restoration data. New: The inLab MC X5 is capable of milling one-piece custom titanium abutments made of prefabricated Medentika Prefaces abutments performs – directly in the dental laboratory.

Roland DWX 50

The DWX-50 is Roland’s most advanced dental milling machine to date, a compact, affordable solution based on 20 years of the company’s proven 3D milling technology. The DWX-50 offers dental labs new advanced features, including 5-axis milling, which enables the seamless production of complex dental prosthetics.
In addition to milling on X, Y and Z axes, the DWX-50 rotates blocks and discs of zirconia 360 degrees in clockwise and counterclockwise movements and tilts them 20 degrees toward the front and back to support undercuts. The DWX-50 features an automatic tool changer that supports up to five different sizes of milling tools for an easy three-step production process. Users simply load the milling material and secure it with the included clamps, store tools in the tool magazine, and send milling data from the PC to the DWX.

3D printer Carbon M2

The Carbon M2 is a production 3D printer of the Carbon company, based in the USA. The M2 is the second 3D printer introduced by Carbon, it offers a larger build volume compared to the M1. Carbon used to be called Carbon3D.

Carbon technology brings new capabilities to dental model creation

Our Dental lab provide time sensitive services to an estimated dentists in the NYC. We are always looking for new technologies to make dental models that are: (a) accurate, (b) fast, and (c) of high quality. Investing in new digital technologies is important while maintaining cost effectiveness and simplicity of the model-making process.
Carbon’s Digital Light Synthesis technology used with our DPR10 dental resin is capable of 3D printing accurate, high-quality dental models ~10 times faster than other methods. Further, Carbon’s technology offers excellent ease of use and best-in-class printer uptime.
Carbon’s M-series printers—combined with newly launched DPR resin—solve all pain points. Digital Light Synthesis technology is a breakthrough additive manufacturing technology and enabling customers across multiple industry verticals to manufacture high-performance, durable polymer products at unmatched speeds and quality.
Carbon’s proprietary Digital Light Synthesis technology is fundamentally faster compared to any other additive technology in the market. This speed benefit translates exceptionally well for dental model printing, delivering accurate, high-quality models across multiple builds.
Accurate dental model creation enabled through Carbon’s advanced software, which brings hardware and materials together to create a repeatable and scalable print solution. Our Dental Lab always have the latest version of the software with all the latest features. Additionally, integration with existing dental specific CAD software solutions.
